• A mild odor from the PVC is normal. Air out the product in a well-ventilated area for a few days. It meets international safety standards.

• Use in temperatures above 50°F (10°C). After delivery, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours before inflating.

• Keep the pump dry and away from moisture. Store it in a cool place, away from fire, heaters, and direct sunlight.

• In cold weather, keep it indoors. Using it cold may cause cracks at the folds.

• Due to the flexible nature of PVC, the product may initially appear 2-4 inches smaller because of material contraction. After inflation and a few days of use (or 1-2 refills), the PVC will stretch and return to its intended size. This is not a defect.

• Inflatable products lose air over time. Refill every 3–5 days, or daily during the first few days. Use the included pump for about 1 minute or until it stops automatically. Avoid overinflation, as it may cause strap breakage or irreversible bulging.
